Terms and Conditions for Hair Guru

Welcome to Hair Guru! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Hair Guru mobile application ("the App"), operated by Eugene George. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Subscription Services

• Plans: The App offers weekly, monthly, and yearly subscription plans, managed through RevenueCat and configured in the App Store.
• Pricing: Prices are determined and managed via RevenueCat and the respective app stores.
• Payments: All payments are processed through the App Store using the RevenueCat SDK.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled by you through your app store account at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of the App Store. You can manage your subscription and cancellation via your app store account. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

2. AI Analysis

The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze hair and scalp images and provide insights. Please note:

• Limitations/Disclaimers: The AI analysis is provided "as is" and is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Results may vary based on image quality and other factors.
• Not Medical Advice: The analysis and recommendations are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice. Consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.

3. User Content

You may submit hair images and questionnaire answers ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you agree:

• Rules: Not to submit illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
• Rights to Content: Your User Content is used solely to provide the App’s services (e.g., generating analysis and recommendations). We do not retain any rights to your content beyond what is necessary to provide the service, nor do we use your images for AI training or other purposes without your explicit consent.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, branding (e.g., Hair Guru logo), and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Eugene George. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the App’s source code.
• Distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the App.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Kerala, India under the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration.
